Does anyone know these guys selling plots in Katani behind Shangilia OKOA DEVT COMPANY Princely house Moi av. plots are 40x80 with individual Titles not mother but its good to know am dealing with the right guys. already done search at Machakos and the land is clean only that land board for whole of Mavoko/Athi is suspended so no transfers for now. What other steps should i take after taking original title and making sure the director a mr Moses Mungai signs the transfer, sales agreement any advice. Talked to the locals they say he has sold so many plots around that area.

I found them... their record keeping is outrageous and charge a search fee for everything. Would charge you to seat down if the could. Also appear quite slow in processing stuff. But appear legit since they've been there from back in the day.
