As we close the year 2011, my 1 desire is to get help close a service issue with KCB. I once called and was not happy with the resolution given. I asked to be taken to the nxt level and I talked with the manager on duty. Thats when all hell broke loose. I don't know what made her mad and she started shouting at me. At some point, she told me that she isnt scared of me, etc etc. Later, she assisted me. I was however traumatized by that experience and i wondered, if a manager can handle me like that, who can help? Anyone from KCB? I desire to close it and no matter what, it doesnt go away. I'm in customer service and i'd shudder if i served someone that way.
