you arent doing very well. and am being polite! infact after age 40 you should be worth atleast your age in millions of kshs. agree or disagree?

Rephrase your proposition, sir. Not many people, including myself, are likely to agree with you.

Something like - "in the realms of career and entrepreneurship in Kenya, individuals should have earned at least their their age in millions of shillings by age 40 in order to be considered financially successful".

I disagree. Age and wealth doesn't have a direct corelation plus in any case success is not really measured in money terms only. You can be a millionare but have so many problems e.g. famo issues, health issues etc so not worth the money you have in the bank or in shambas. Look at mzee kirima.....

Being young n rich and sustaining your status till old age is a rare occurrence. A number of guys will make it but by 60 they will be down again never to rise again. BTW, why 40M? How did u arrive at it?

I wonder how many kenyans have a networth of 40m or more, and how many of those have a networth of 40m in good assets (assets that produce a steady income). This excludes the family home and the personal cars.

This is awkward. Does it take into consideration all the money you have ever earned since one was born?

If that be so then this 40 over 40 is so old news. It is not exciting. If all that money could be accumulated minus all the expenses one has incurred during the same period it could be well over 40 million easily.

On the other hand, what is success? money? only?

There are better things, not easily quantified.
