Something like - "in the realms of career and entrepreneurship in Kenya, individuals should have earned at least their their age in millions of shillings by age 40 in order to be considered financially successful".

You can be a millionare but have so many problems e.g. famo issues, health issues etc so not worth the money you have in the bank or in shambas. Look at mzee kirima.....
