Am I missing something or reading too much. I received the accounts for year ended June for East African Portland and not very clear anyone out there who have seen the accounts? There is no AGM notice, no proposed meeting dates, and the proposal to pay 0.50 dividend does not give payment dates….

@Dmitrys, I don't know which version of the annual accounts you have, but mine has the notice for the AGM on pp 84
