CIC Medical insurance verses AAR which is better?

I intend to take out a medical cover for my family but I am not yet decided who among the two above i should choose. What experiences do you have and which one would the wazuan's recomend?

Cfclife is good but offer medical cover to corporate clients only. I hear AAR is also good but I’ve never dealt with them.

Yes Thiongo, I am inquiring about CIC and AAR. I understand CFC do not insure individuals. Please let me have your views to help me decide on the definate policy to take. Anybody with experience with CIC? They appear to be very new in this business but I could be mistaken. Regards

I have not used CIC and do not have experience with their products.
