@young, seasons greetings. I particularly wish to thank you for an innocuous piece of advise you gave (can't remember the post) when you predicted that financial stocks were going to tank.

I took cue and liquidated all my financial stocks, KCB @ 23, NIC between 44 and 52, SCB @ 270. I wish I did the same for KQ (average 54) and Mumias (average 14).

Merry Xmas, I will name the apartment to be ready in Oct 2012 Young House.
