just take lots of water.Avoid fatty food and eat lots of fruits,food rich in fibre-whole grain ,mboga (I know there is a ladies myth in the streets that the more u eat mboga,the more the airport becomes loose-ignore this myth if you are a socket)etc.wachana na refined food.
Avoid laxatives ,you will loose more water which is essential for your metabolism.

Thanks guys. Who has heard of 'Kayamchuna' (sp) I am told this is the chut version. Where can I get it?

thats why i see airports refusing to eat cabbages coz it will make them majimaji...

Yes.

This is what to do to maintain the pipes in the new squeaky clean state. The laxatives should not be taken frequently and if taken, plenty of plain water is in order.

Mr. Impunity, you want to minimize, or better still, avoid eating foods that take a long time to digest e.g flesh foods.

Fruits, veggies and grains get digested away fast and absorbed equally fast. They tend to leave little debris.

It helps little in clearing the place only to put in what caused the problem immediately afterwards.
