Some things which may seem like dreams but we will get there.

I pass through Muthaiga everyday and I tell you, the ambience, the natural environment, the fresh air, the space...........what a neighbourhood. Ati the conservative price of a vacant plot is 150M???? And Prezo's compound is like 10acres..10 plots ..wolololo. I must be a friend to Jimmy..if all else fails

Tragedy is very few get to live in those estates when they are young. So you get to own that 5 br house when your kids have moved out!!

I have lived in Umoja for too long and it is not featuring here. It might be time to move on, ama, is the list rigged? Just thinking aloud, in Kenya you never know...

In muthaiga, the smallest parcel is 1 acre, so 150M is for 1acre
