Okeeey, I see what you meant...actually it seems you have misunderstood the tone of the message here.
We are not saying that there should be no good roads and railways, those should have been there like yesterday. Just for your information, I still use PSVs.
What I'm advocating for is reasonable investments that can be sustained and hopefully developed organically.
In some sense, having a railway line going to JKIA (among other projects) may not be the most urgent thing to fix in Kenya.
I do encourage you to read my blog post on vision2030. In the blog post, I express my concerns with this top->down style of development.
