In what year of our lord is outering rd being fixed and dualed?
Eastern bypass is now acting like the outer ring rd.

I hear its being expanded very soon. Infact, 2nd hand dealers and hardwares operating on rithabu have been given notices to clear. It'll join Thka rd at alsops..thats what am told
