very interesting pattern on usd/jpy ...more upside must be in place . and with its high colleration with eur/usd . i think euro/usd is doomed !!! .but i never touch this pair too much interference .You never know when an 'intervention' will come

This tries to explain why I've been shorting asia currencies... I've been seeing interesting fund outflows here in malaysia since June and the chings pulling the handbrake on money supply - rate hikes due to inflation. But the worst confirmation was the ching banks still presented record profits! Asia will freeze in 2012, most likely outcome. A ching slowdown will be felt globally. As for oceanic lands, that kiwi and aussie will be thrown under the bus. This will be my trading plan for 2012 - short asia & oceanic currencies until the dollar squeeze tops. Then the dollar will be thrown under the bus worse than 2009... Look out for these rotations.

Going SHORT eurjpy@ 104.29, Willl exit if it hits 105.000 level, TP open (trail)but 1st TP wld be 102.55 area

There are rumours on Dexia today, this is what is denting the euro & markets. Also ching's PMI has printed a 32 month low thus denting asian (AXJ) currencies.
