Can you imagine if just one service of safaricom pulled a KPLC on us for 2 days or every other day? Or can you imagine if they had notices like the one KPLC puts in the papers ati today from 9am to 7pm there will be no network in Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Lavington... yaani how shameless could they be? I see this notices in everyday papers and think KB-lackouts should get an ISO certificate for guts! BBI will solve it :)
