Whats the estimated cost of getting an architectural design of a 4br bungalow house and county council approvals at Kitengela?

Cost is about 6 percent of construction cost. These is inclusive of approval fees,done in Kajiado.

Ideas on construction cost for the bungalow? as well as a 4 bedroomed Maisonette on a 1/8 plot. Same area.
