The norplant is a no no. It comes with "wild" side effects and its long term side effects are not known. Know of a lady whose teeth became sensitive after she started using it. She suspected it was the culprit, removed it and was fine.

I apologize if you understood my post to mean family size for I meant that you simply talk with your partner about these stuff and in the mean time, try to vumilia nyege when it's that time of the month instead of falling for the western crap.
