I've been advised by a wakili, that if the value of the deceased's estate does not exceed Kshs. 500,000/- then you get a barua from your DC (via the chief) which you take to Equity.

For values in excess of Kshs. 500,000/- then the beneficiaries of the estate need to obtain Letters of Administration from the courts.

Maybe those members of Wazua who are public servants can advise....

I am not a public servant but this should work. Then the small matter of 20k should be sorted!

I believe the headline is proper if you can read between the lines. How the farking hell do you allow the pc or dc to touch 3 million and expect to get the same in one piece and in peace? It is like sending the hyena to deliver nyama choma to the orphans.

Whoever came up with such a procedure must have been very sick and an imbecile. If I cannot trust a penny with the administration system from chief to president, why trust them with my cash in bank?

Why not ask the same be remitted to a court of law which would then deliberate on the rightful recipient?

@Sure, get a good lawyer and let him/her guide you. Lawyers are not the best but they are better than the PC.

Then pay your 20k pledge here.

This is a University in Lang'ata and they have watchmen scannning students and others at their gates with the metal detector to prevent Al Shabaab snicking in a grenade into the compound.

Being a university, they should have management with an IQ atleast above 60.

When cars pass the same gates, the security guards check under the car, boot etc. Passengers inside the vehicles are not checked. To get a grenade through the gates becomes a child's play.

And they walk among us, but the worst part is that they produce graduates.

But it is not cast in stone. At least @Sure is creative with her use of the phrase not just being content with
regurgitating phrases (but .... 20K).

They walk among us

The latest unnerving phenomenon to spook the public through the pages of Paranormal Magazine is the growing cult of the Psychic Vampire.

You may not believe in the hackneyed blood-sucking monsters of the movies, but is it possible that some people have the power to drain other people not of blood but of psychic energy?

How many of us have met people who have left us feeling unaccountably drained, tired and nervous? If you’ve ever had a sudden feeling of exhaustion come over you in a public place, maybe a Psychic Vampire was standing right behind you!
