Rank: Elder Joined: 8/16/2011 Posts: 2,360		That what I have been complaining to NSE,CMA why kenyans Firms announce dividends and bonuses with a long period of books closure 2 to 3 months which keeps the market in suspension and free fall once books are closed. The CMA and NSE should come up with the longest period being a month and shortest being on the spot or day of announcement. See some companies declared dividend on October2011 with books closing January 2012.One main reason investors are tired of NSE!
