there is a dispute as to the origin of the name because itina also refers to the various initiation stages that agikuyu underwent, but also to a tree stump. One of the sub-locations is known as gatina

Roysambu - Royal Suburbs

@guka will tell you that when he was in school, those areas were occupied by wealthy Britons and hence the name Royal Suburbs. In came our dear Kenyans and the name changed to Roysambu pap!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
