Hi Wazua,

I want to start a barber shop (and if possible and a Salon) here in Nairobi. I need advice on the following:

1 - How to get information on good locations (too many conmen giving off 'space')
2 - Costs (rent, equipment, staff) if anyone has any information
3 - Any other ideas that may help me.

I was targeting the estates (e.g Msa RD, Sth B or C) and If Im lucky I wouldnt mind CBD. Please help with ideas!

TIP: Find out where Naivas/Tusky's are opening next and get yourself as close to them as possible while minimising your rent.
