hi all,

i have been watching this stock for a while now and what is coming out clearly is that it should have collapsed a long time ago but apparently it has not...

what has prevented it from collapsing?

had the stock been overvalued too way above its true value and as such is correcting itself to the book value? has anyone ever computed the intrinsic value of this stock..?

at ksh 1.80 is it not fair for CMA to declare the stock a failure and hence suspend it from trading in the NSE until the prevailing circumstances improve...?

lastly who has been buying and selling this stock???..seriously!!!

To the eyes of the masses Eveready collapsed long before it went public.

With dumping of dry cells so rampant, depreciating local currency, high level staff of redundancy and negative bottom-line. The future looks desolate.

It may be time to fold-up

When is their next mbuzi? We can merge it with the Wazua mbuzi. You know, to help them cut on costs.

Anyway, it should not be delisted, just yet. Personally, I'd like to see a share trade at below 1/=

On the contrary, paka is sitting on some pretty good real estate. As @VVS says (KQ), wind up ops, sell off assets, pay off debts then distribute the remainder to those who still like to watch Tom & Jerry smile

The individual components of the assets of this business are worth more than the whole business itself...

Thats a perfect indicator to discontinue operations and sell assets individually.. So I believe a delisting is in order sooner rather than later!!!
