@Engo
Thank for bringing this to light and for stepping up as a man. Kudos!If only men in this society stood up for women and acted on their behalf,the cases of sexual harassment would go down kidogo.

Secondly,i think if the story is true you should start by naming and shaming the idiotic doctor hapa hapa. that's the first way to shame and bring down such fools who have no respect towards women. Housegirl or not,that is a woman and she deserves respect like any other. Ebu name the Doc,Clinic name and location. We should stop fearing to mulika people and speaking in parables. Oh,and just in case you finally get hold of him and the story is true.. Twanga yeye kofi mbili moto sana.. even before he explains himself.

Thirdly, those saying the hubby shoudn't be in contact with the housegirl. Just know that men have their ways. If he wants to sleep with someone, contacts or not.. he will sleep with her!

wawawawa...... so if my daughter was molested and you were present, you would look the other side? the monster is here with us and either way, my take is we all have to stand up and say no.

True @Engo, sexual violence will only stop the day we ALL take a stand! Looking away just because the victim isn't your daughter,wife or sister is the cowardly way out. You look away once,and next time the offender targets someone close to you!

As for the Legal advice..i believe @Mpenzi would be the best person to advice..

I think we are overreacting here:

1.Was the doctor acting suggestively?
Kama ni chest si there is a possibility that the doctor wanted to ensure that the pain is not out of breast cancer.(remember the small lump thing)
2.By saying she was told to remove ALL her clothings is it for real or she was told to remove her underwear for the injection ?

Please get the whole story before condemning this 'Doc'

The Doc does NOT finya your nipples while checking for the breast cancer lump,they 'feel' for the lump around the nipples. And as for the injection,you only teremsha your panty kidogo and he injects,sio kuto yote.. As a woman,one always knows when the move was appropriate or not. Even in a club scene,if someone grabs/pats your ass on the dance floor,you can tell if it was accidental or intentional

I want to repeat again that @Engo may not have a case against this Doctor.

If you read my earlier response,you realize that I did factor in the possibility of the doctor examining the upper abdomen where the breasts are involved.Sometimes in idiopathic pain,a doctor may expand the examining area and include large part of the body.eheh !

Secondly,you mention that the girl removed her panty and in the same line you told us the an injection Diclofenac injection was given. To the best of my knowledge,the injection that was given is best given through the gluteas muscle or thigh hence if it was through the gluteas maxim,the chupi must have come down.....but who knows the extent.unless you want to research....

My advise is keep off women affairs department and you should be the last person to intervene on matters of the house girl. Let your wife talk to your neighbor friend lady and confront the doctor BUT NOT YOU.
I do not want to see you on Citizen TV ( from the corridors of judgment) as the man who is jealously guarding the welfare of his house girl when your wife is missing.
Your wife may approach the subject emotionally and they are gifted in that aspect and thats why many women on @wazua will support your cause but us Men,Tumekataa !! Keep off matters concerning house girls.
