Depends on the age of the vehicle. Any engine built before 2000, better use organic oil. Any vehicle built after should use Synthetic or even Organic. I am not too familiar with the brands but I guess find one at a station that seeks after quality e.g Shell, Total. Don't dare buy at Kirinyaga road unless you are looking for recycled oil. My three pence.
