GordonGekko; Yes. Most businesses that need confidentiality and privacy do not send documentations by email or efax. Fax is more secure and preferred. Unless you pay dear for some high end software or have the tech know-how to use PGP,which is open source and pretty good,just about anybody can read your electronic correspondences.

two choices;

A fax machine = sh12k to sh20k
A fax card to fix to your comp (and on to your telephone line) = sh500

Now choose

Behind the gardens...Behind the wall...Under the tree (Including: Red...Dark Blue...Yellow)
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@ mkenya

Was fascinated by your enlightenment on lack of privacy and security of electronic correspondence.

You did mention the use of some high end software and PGP as a solution to the above,the other secure way being the use of the good old fascimille.

What are these high end soft ware. What is PGP?

Gbben,PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) is a program used for encrypting,decrypting and signing e-mails. A geek friend of mine who help me set up my mail's claims that if set well and with a long password,even a battalion of super computers will take years trying to decryt your mails.

Can have a read on email privacy here: http://en.wikipedia.org/...l_privacy#Risks_to_user
