hi all,

the bwire guy who was found with an asenal pack that can run a small war has been given a life sentence in a record three f&*#ing days...

while we appreciate the gillie mutembei,s upper gyration action on the case, i am surprised that we have other cases in the same court precided by the same judge which have been dragging for more than three months...

am i missing something here??? is there a big shot gun merchant who is being protected???
who supplied this kid with the weapons?
to whom were they to be delivered to?
...questions...questions...questions????
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

@Kaigs,
You are a typical KenyanSad .We have been crying about how slow wheels of justice are in our country.When we get speedy justice,we see redSad .Don't forget that in this particular case,the accused pleaded guilty as charged.What was the judge to do?

Life imprisonment? Only? We should pull a "187 years in prison" judgement... just incase he reincarnates after the 70th year!

I agree with Kaigangio here, many unanswered questions???????. As we celebrate the speedy justice, we need to know who was supplying this guy with these weapons of mass destruction and who are his accomplices. He must have pleaded guilty to avoid further investigations and probably to protect a certain guy(s)
