What is the concern of this reporter? Seriously

Kwanza the story is inaccurate... Carbacid did not sell its stake to Centum.... Alliance Nominees did... Is this a case of trying to stir up trouble where there is none? Is there concern over the private deal?
Whether or not other shareholders are in support of this deal,does any shareholder have the power to stop another shareholder from selling his stake to whomever he damn well pleases?
