hi wazuans,
I wanted to know which counties have a high industrial potential now and few yrs down the line for one to invest in real estate I. e building apartments, midsized shopping centres, warehouses for companies to set up shop.where land is much more affordable compared to nairobi and its immediate surrounding areas. the idea is to start purchasing land now bfore the counties take shape. ur opinions will b apperciated.

I do not think the guys behind this project are very keen on it. I read somewhere that the cost of transporting Cement to Nairobi and its environs is a discouraging factor. Most of the Cement is consumed within Nairobi and its environs. With competition from the existing companies, I doubt whether this project will be viable.
