People, what's up with guys not liking this word? Like, if you respond to a guy "yes, my brother"... and he doesn't want to be called "brother"? Ati "don't call me 'brother'.... am not your brother'....... I mean, seriously,... someone is just trying to be polite here....

Its good meaning has been tainted by Nigerian conmen (also other conmen),...who often use such terms to get targets to lower their guard then clean them out ..
