Dear all,

I am looking for a tenant for a 3 bedroomed flat in Imara Daima.

The house is very clean and was previously used by the owner (me). I am asking for Sh. 30,000 p.m (inclusive of Service charge).

If interested please post your mail so I can get in touch with you.

Has imara become kilimani or kile?

Assuming you are referring to price, I believe Kile and kilimani ask for 50-60K.

It makes more sense for someone working in Inda or M-road to live near the work place and Imara is ideal.

By the way the flat is near Riara school for added benefit to those looking to locate near a school, you will end up saving over 10K in school transport alone
