I would like to warn you about these plots.
.They dont have title deeds so they are cheap but risky.
.Due to lack of title deeds you need cash that will enable you put up a house immediately you buy them if you 'land bank'you will loose it to 'agents' who in most cases are well connected individuals who sell undeveloped plots to third parties.
.Most of this plots have allotment letters held by several pple, nasty dispute arise from time to time.
.The plots are not serviced,so be prepared to spend more cash in building the utilities & amenities by yourself they are prone to extortion from gangs and the city council.
.Most of them are not even under the city council they are under a scheme which gives ballots and share certificate..thru experience I have see these schemes extort exorbitant fees in the pretext that they are handing over the scheme to the city council but in real sense the fees are fictitious and if you fail to pay they threaten you with auction.
