The greatest effort in ensuring our security is our own individual alertness, although this is hard.I've been looking funnily at proboxes and liteaces especially those with tinted windows and seemingly heavily laden, sometimes only to realise its a family coming down to church or something like that.
Like they say in security advisories, if it doesn't look okay to your own eyes, it probably isn't. At this point, I also think the police should issue location specific hotlines (preferably toll-free mobile phone numbers) like the ones they issued way back in 1994 when crime was on the run so that every citizen can program these into their mobile phones for quick response.
...good point, baaas, hizi tint zitolewe mara moja, have never understood their importance.

I don't believe you can avoid being at certain places so that you're not caught up with the terrorists. You may avoid all these places and God forbid they decide to blow up a building you're passing near by. Lets continue with our lives as normal as we can hayo mengine tunawachia Mungu atulinde. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C.
