My budget is 30-35k. I urgently need a house to occupy immediately for the next several months/years.

Must be own compound. Though I am open to different areas within Nairobi, It shouldn't be very far from the city center. like not in Mlolongo- Kitengera areas [too far]. My ideal locations would be:
-> Thika road - Between Utalii and KU
-> Kiambu town
-> Anyother Area - Have been living along Thika road and don't know much of other / better areas in Nairobi.

A new house would do, or used but in very good condition. Drop the contacts, I'll contact ASAP.
