@Djinn, Haven't used either routes of late.I find the Kapsabet one convinient enough.I intend to keep off until work is completed....Fuel,you know. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

@Njung'e - now is when I am seeing your narrative about blue balled monkeys! eish! I'm thinking if Mau Summit-Kericho is no good, and with Eldoret Malaba now being ripped up for work, I might got via the scenic forest with blue balled primates... Mau Summit - Kericho under construction, very rough diversion from Chepseon to Kericho town. Kericho -Los Kogelos, ok, motorable.

There is something called the defects liability period. The Contractor is liable for any defects occurring after the end of the construction for a period of time most usually a period of 365 days. The client retains 10% of the total project cost for this. If the product is in good condition the money is refunded at the end of this period. I don't know whether the GOK enforces this It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...
