There is a pub being disposed in this area.It has also got a butchery........you can not go wrong on this,the area is rapidly growing largely due to proximity to EPZ,weighbridge etc.......anyone interested??

Why is the seller selling? How long has it been operating? Is it near a major road? Is there a car park? What is the sitting capacity? In commercial or residential area? What kind of licences does it hold? 24hrs? or mpaka 11pm? Thanks
