Hi Wazuans, great forum you have here.
I have a 1/4 acre in Kerarapon, 4km from Ngong road on top of a hill facing Karen. Electricity and water along the perimeter fence. This is a developed neighbourhood. Asking for Kes 4.6m.

I don't think your proposal is clear. Are you selling land or the house eventually? As in if I buy the 1/4 will I need to also pay you to put up the house?

2. How much for a complete unit + land?

@2012, no i am not selling the houses. Mainat seemed to know the area so that project was to give him the exact location of the land.....the 1/4 is next to that project

I'm interested, want to go check it out tomorrow. So it's 4km from Kerarapon turning, do I just drive on? Any sign/s?

Maybe Kangemi should be marketed as facing Lavington and with magnificent views of the Ngong hills.
