I think it's those moles that grow near the anus but sio ndani kabisa...I have a friend who got a boil on one of her buttocks, she used to sit on one cheek beacuse of the pain from the accumulating pus. Hii mambo ya sehemu nyeti is not interesting at all, I shudder at the thought, for example, of developing a boil on the scrotum...Ngai!
