Who is selling or can refer me to someone who is selling some land in Thika town or its environs.My requirements are as follows;

*Within a radius of <5kms from Thika town i.e Thika cbd
*Not <1 and not >3 acres.
*Please don't inflate prices immorally
*Those with offers please post...

Have a friend with land in Mangu selling 3M per acre and at Kibute ( around the junction where the road from Ngoigwa joins Thika road )selling 3.5m per acre in case you might be interested with those sides. Payment through bank transactions.
