Haii why is this predatory tactics?Bought a bundle but after I exhausted it, you jumped to my credit and everything was wiped out-at a more expensive rates!And all this;'eating' of my credit-without my knowledge!This is not fair at all.

Kindly, if I exhaust my bundle spare my credit!!!I will re-new it if I so wish.And if you continue with this unethical tendencies,then I will vuka!!

And who the hell is this sending cryptic football messages from no. 247 and yet I have never subscribed to such a service?Or is it another money-making scam where the SMS is sent to me at my own cost!!

Stop the hating. You requested for a service, you didn't have any data, so airtel correctly deducted from your airtime. If you don't want your airtime 'stolen' then ensure you have enough data - you can do this by checking your data balance every five minutes through *133*8#smile

Which service?Why should i CHECK balances....what is the technology for?Just cut me off after I exhaust my bundle!I paid for what I could afford!!!

Dude, the reason why you have a bundle is NOT to connect to the internet, BUT to allow you to connect to the internet at LOWER RATES! When your bundle is over, normal rates are restored. A bundle is not a setting or a switch. That's why you should keep on checking your balances as @GG is advising. Otherwise switch off internet connection on your phone na uende cyber, or buy a modem.
