Thats gonna be hard in those areas... someone was telling me of a house on sale in Imara for 8m! But if he wants in Kitengela,that he can get. I know someone selling 3 bedroomed houses at between 4.25 - 4.5m in kitengela area.

MCA are selling a 3b/roomed house for 3.5M at kitengela...

sitting on 40*100 plot..

Oh,that seems fairer. And where are they located? The ones i know are in milimani area then the other i dont know its called Kitengela housing company/estate or something like that is huko nyuma but on the side of equity but around 500m from the main road.

they have built some houses just after yukos but before campus city...

well,that could seem abit far from town centre but they are approx. 100 metres from namanga road...

Been wondering why are people moving to Mombasa road with the incessant jam.With the coming dual carriageway Thika road should be the way to move.Anyone interested in a 3 bedroom in Claycity let me know.
