Why dont you buy from the World renowed experts in Natural Supplements - GNLD or Forever Living. You dont have to join their MLM program, just buy the products, but through a registered Distributor.

always seek a doctor's advice before taking supplements. Some supplements reduce the effect of certain medications

A word of advice...i bought some supplements from Healthy-U at Hilton and when I unpacked the box to use them, i found that the tembes were much less than the 60 they were supposed to be. Apart from being very cross at being cheated, I was also concerned that the contents may have been tampered with. Disappointing.

Please try and eat the foods that give the needed nutrients and avoid supplements if you can.

I don't know about health supplements, but I absolutely sure that adipex is a very bad supplement, if you want to lose weight. It can cause a huge problems with heart and brain.

Anyone know where to buy extra virgin coconut oil in Nairobi?

PS: Dynapharm - Union Towers I'm told, has supplements
Please read about the way tablets are bound. Some use 'glues' that make the tablet not absorbable in the body.. Powder or liquid form is said to preferable

Eat normal healthy food, you should get all the vitamins you need. Otherwise high quatities of vitamins are toxic. I dont do supplements

Talking out of ignorance or is this info you can substantiate?

I like what Steve Covey said.. that in life we have challenges. He then folded his right fist infront of his chest. He went further to explain that, there are those things that we do to meet those challenges. He folded his left fist and locked it to the right one. He equated that to success.

In this case I'd say our fore-fathers to our grandmothers were blessed. They met the challenge of a healthy lifestyle with good organic healthy food, devoid of many of the impurities we have today.. and alot of exercise (digging, walking, dancing, fishing, grazing, fighting/wrestling et al). Long healthy life.

Steve Covey then said, change is constant. The challenges that we face change. He lifted his right fist to the front of his face. This is what he stressed 'To keep doing the same things (shaking his left fist at chest level), expecting them to meet the new challenges (shaking his right fist at face level) will not equate success.'

The organic food that we eat is now laced with pesticides, different forms of fertilizers.. the rain we have is from polluted Nairobi river, pollutant factory emissions; We live in polluted environments from gadgets with radioactive emissions, vehicle exhaust, noise from everywhere, our trees are no more; We wash our hands with soap (chemicals) and dip them in food; we live stressful lifestyles, we don't exercise as much, we have/have had multiple sexual partners (or sexual partners whom themselves have had multiples), we live and interact, in close proximity of very many people; Our drinks are laced with all manner of concoctions.. All these are pathogens.

It is no wonder that our parents, ourselves and our children are experiencing a rise in all manners of cancers and new diseases. Now to rely on the same food, without supplementing it, is .......... (jaza pengo 10Marks)
