I am a parent and I know that the two phrases you have used, 'as i will be taking care of it' and 'home to bring up my babies' are not possible together.

Despite the gloom the shilling is bringing, you guys don't seem deprived of sense of humour.

@Sarah_Ng'ang'a, what does "taking care" of a house mean?

Morning Kratos, u just made me think of having it go further... i just wanted one property, a cute homely and affordable home to bring up my babies, some place ushago-ish, not the apartment, and flats kind of home, some house with a lawn.... just dreaming, but it is evolving that it would be multiple properties, something like, a property manager, i am wishing myself all the luck.

I doubt you are serious.Laughing out loudly smile

Thanks for all the replies. I am serious, i want a win win situation. You have a house, that you are not using, so it will depreciate, i have myself, needing a house. Its that simple. A demand and a supply. So, back to the basics, anyone who wants a caretaker?

The house of my choice is beyond my rent budget, so i am thinking out of the box on how i can dream and achieve, to answer Bwenyenye. As for the idea not been in existence, i could tell McReggae that i don't mind being the first. Isn't this an ideas page?....back to my bottom line.......where is the house?
