Keraka I am very happy to note that someone other that yours truly (who comes all the way from Kitui) knows about Kaburengu and Mama Sara's delicious kuku kienyeji - and yes her chicken is boiled. May be we should organise a Wazua trip to go sample that chicken and get the recipe so that we can make it happen here in Nairobi.

I have also heard alot about huyu mama Sarah.

Will make a point of looking for Kaburengu if I ever find myself that side of the country.

Very well.....about 3 Kms east of Webuye (Junction to Kakamega) along the A2 highway or say halfway between Webuye and Chimoi centre (Chemoi??).I have heard of Mama Sarah but i have never sampled....I should next timesmile
