Ar the end of the day... i still think ODM was One Dangerous Mistake, and it cant be a front for national campaigns again, many lost their face, and this time even parliament cant stop what is about to befall on them. Theyve used it before to their advantage to increase their pay, they trashed the finance minister for increasinf their tax,.. but they feel so helpless now,..... can they bribe the UN officials in the hague? Its becoming too much for their mouths. I( need justice, and a falling economy,so everyone in SK is not in an upbeat mood for biashara as before. We need to stop this disease once for all. My man of the day is waki,he has made the balls of the man with the samoei spirit freeze!

The master murderers, rapists and arsonist warlords can screem at the top of their voices, burn waki's effigy and even mobilise their masses to burn copies of the waki report. They will even threaten RAO and MK and intimidate them not to form a tribunal, bla bla bla. When all is said and done,The Hague will come calling and the rest will be history...

By the way, waki did a brilliant job to try and cool, the nerves of the actual murderers by putting in a few of the PNU guys...with little or no incriminating evidence against them...The Hague or tribunal will most likely let this chaps free, but the RV guys may have to hang!

Jana i watched a video recording of some of the things our 'leaders' did during PEV period and am convinced that if that be the kind of evidence Annan has under lock and key, then guys are in deep trouble....... a former MP is caught handing out money to some youth to buy petrol and then jumping into his car.Young men known very well to the locals then proceed to a petrol station and buy fuel.Later the Ex-MP is seen directing youth into two Kikuyu owned mansions and proceeding to loot and then torch the houses.....It is unbelievably graphical

Lets gets a few truths right, the law is one damn blind Donkey. Both those who started the chaos and those who joined later have a case to answer. So it is either the tribunal or the tribunal. Could be in Nairobi or Hague or Arusha.
However, there is something they call mitigation over and above other grounds of the case argument. That is where those who came in after realising that their people were being targeted purely on the basis of ethnicity, will have an avenue to seek for leniency,at the TRIBUNAL.
Having said that,
@ Timber
I dont think the argument about Naivasha violence by Steve.M is without merit. It is indeed true that if violence had not been visited on Kikuyus, they wouldnt have attacked anybody in Naivasha. In any war the aggressor is NATURALLY more to blame than the party that fights back. That is a basic logic.
The people attacked in Naivasha were mostly Luos and Luyias. But the target was Kalenjin,Luo and Luyia. Unless we have a short memeory the latter two were firmly parties in the violence on one side and Kikuyus on the other. So if there werent enough Kalenjins in Naivasha or elsewhere outside their traditional home areas, those found are the ones who bore the brunt, but then, that is a story for another day.
Were the Kikuyus in Luo Nyanza and western spared!
NB. I DONT SUPPORT THE VIOLENCE EITHER WAY.
@Leoedd
Agreed,ODM cobbled together on common interest of HATRED for Kikuyus. That's no virtue.
@Pondi though your take would appear a long shot,it is generally accepted that in politics there is no permanency in friendship nor enemity. Otherwise Raila wouldnt have worked with Moi after he ran away with his balls. The Kalenjin would not have voted for Uhuru to a man in 2002. Kikuyus and Luos would not have worked together in 2002 after Jomo and Jaramogi bitter fall out.
Between Raila and Ruto there is no telling. They could even trade some fists if locked together in a room. So what happens to Kalenjin vote.
Given the numbers and their capacity stick together like glue, they may opt to vote for their own,and hope to negotiage with whoever wins. With so many MPs they can negotiate some good chunck from the winner for themselves

Its so funny that a person says that waki included some few names in the report from PNU side so that he can please the public but the real RV people were the ones to be arrested in hague. Why Do kikuyus feel that their blood is valuable than others who have died.Am repeating again that nothing will happen as long as kikuyu feel that they died a painful death than others? Be ashamed that you dont feel mercy of others deaths by claiming that you killed differently and all of you feel that your kikuyu leaders who organised deaths are not killers.

I said earler that you were hiding under justice but tribalism of being yourselves runs deep in your veins and at least now you are revealing yourselves by defending your killers and claim how others planned. Am suprised if hague or court were to release your leadres why did they trash the report jana alongside michuki and uhuru jana and even confirmed kibaki nows cause there people were there in the report,So the report is rubbished.

Better tread the route carefully,as more hatred than reconcilation was to develop and the worst has not yet been seen in rift valley, western, nyanza and coast.People need reconcilation but if it is selective justice as you screaming then you shall be dissapointed of another wave of hatred where Gema community shall be villified from other regions more for nothing.

Am suprised some people are still using very long posts in this thread trying to 'justify or defend' the obvious. There are certain things which only God can forgive.

There are only 2 tribes in Kenya, the rich and the poor. The way things are currently moving, the rich seem to be compromising and burying the hatchet after collectively killing the poor in RV,Naivasha and Nairobi Slums. Anyone care to explain why there was fighting in the Nairobi slums like mathare, yet none in parliament,Karen,Muthaiga or even the Pubs in Nairobi west?

The rich are not only getting away with all this evils but its clear they have aggravated the animosity amongst the poor. They will now cover it with a dirty bandage then leave it to fester and get filled with gangrene, till the next time it explodes.

And the next time the poor will possibly have guns, the incredible feel of power will lead to a murder spree, the west will wait for the magic number of 1 million dead before they declare it genocide and swoop in to save the day.

Someone says there are ten names in that envelope.then goes ahead to say there are six cabinet ministers, five MPs and a host of businessmen. It does not add up unless ministers are also considered transitively as MPs and which I rule out because it would only have been possible if the number of MPs was more than ministers. in this case therefore someone is playing around with our collective intelligence as Kenyans
