Centum will be planning to do a rights issue once conditions in the NSE improve.
They will also start paying dividends very soon.
Real Estate project is also to begin in Runda and the houses that they will built will be for lease purposes.

By saying they'll pay dividends 'soon' they mean 2014, right? Rights issue? When the bonus shares hit the market, a dip may be in order.
And now that Centum is a Wazuan, it would have been nice to hear the news from them

I think they're more interested in hearing what you (market) has to say about them. They've maintained silence since registration. I'm hoping they wont stop at being "observers".

Centum is a confused company..first they don't pay dividends...saying their reinvesting the profits...but they don't tell you the truth??? The truth I will withold cos Wazua does not appreciate good work...then they start doing alot of things at the same time...Mauritius this...Nigeria that...yet Runda is not even complete...oh I was wondering where they were going to get the money for their dreamy projects since the NSE butchered their plans ama theyre going to sale at a loss? And go into real estate where prices and rental yields have started to drop...such is the lack of critical thinking at the company...oh now a Rights Issue..lets pick this damn thing at Sh10!

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly smile smile They will tend to make investors happy by first offering a Cum-all (Dividend and Bonus) Maybe by end of 2013 the stock will be at 45-70 Kes and a dividend of 4 kes per share and a bunus of 1 for 10.
What will happen is that this stock will rally towards mid 2013. After good general elections 2012 it may return to 25-30 position as investors will see something to buyApplauseApplause Applause Applause

That's true. When someone makes it their biz to accumilate this for a year from now (especially) they ought to be generously rewarded.

If @ Centum_inv were real, they would have posted details here long time ago instead of keeping people guessing...as I said earlier, it is one of us trying to get attention....

You have spoken my mind. Everytime I read anything from Centum its the CEO talking of yet another deal they are planning. There are just too many plans and no results in sight. Everytime the CEO opens his mouth he is telling of yet another project in the offing, real estate in this or that country, investiment in this or that country, a subsidiary company in this or that company. Always. What we want is results of all these dreams otherwise it is all becoming a pipedream and the stock keeps on losing value each day. I guess soon itashuka mpaka 10 bob

@point blank centum has either alot of money locked in equities or un-mature deals which might take atleast 3yrs for them to exit safely,i dont see their prophesied rights going their way if they dont show tangible progress b4 then.
