Transport Minister says police will resume the use of alcoblow from next to deter drunk driving....iko chida!!!

.....can we revisit those clever ways of dealing with this.....obvious ones are to have a designated driver, use the watchemen or petrol attendants....!!!

Math 101:

Alcoblow + Phombe = 1

Either: (1)Alcoblow + (0)Phombe = 1
Or (0)Alcoblow + (1)Phombe = 1

Yes, the one in Machakos was a drunken driver accident. 80Pc of accidents in Kenya are due to human error.

That is the best news ever. And i hate it when i hear people ask 'How can we beat this?'

I lost my sister in a road accident, she never drank in her life but some idiot came straight at her and killed her on her side of the road. She died from internal bleeding. I blame that man 100% though unfortunately he died too.

No one should drink & drive. Period.
....above all, to stand.

C & P

Humans tend to blame somebody or something else when a mistake or accident occurs. A recent European study concluded that 80% of drivers involved in motor vehicle accidents believed that the other party could have done something to prevent the accident. A miniscule 5% admitted that they were the only one at fault. Surveys consistently reveal that the majority consider themselves more skillful and safer than the average driver. Some mistakes occur when a driver becomes distracted, perhaps by a cell phone call or a spilled cup of coffee. Very few accidents result from an 'Act of God,' like a tree falling on a vehicle.

As much as alcohol has its role in road accidents in the country we shouldn't ignore the fact that most of the SOBER drivers around are so reckless especially in highways.
