Some tips on when to make babies!

...Now, I am looking for a certain thread but I think it has been usered! God cant give you everything! If you want beautiful kids, observe the following:
1. Don't make babies when you are making up after a quarrel!
2. Don't make babies when you are drunk...You will get an accident! No wonder we have so many accidents!
3. Don't make babies when you have just come from a campaign rally...The product will be fit for usering!
4. Dont make babies after stealing from government coffers...Look at the children of our politicians...All accidents...
...And the list is endless....
