Applause Applause Who is saying that everyone who bought Britak at IPO is far much cheated? I tend to think its quite practical that the share has taken such a n early dive not because the company is bad but because the world is on a tuk-tuk down. Those kenyans who did @IPO should be proud and strong. They seem to drive their country not worrying outsiders. But outsiders are coming in soon and the trend will be quite rfeversible. Big buyers like NSSF, Cooperative societies may boost this stock very soon. Just study how City trust was doing and it keeps on going 200 and over easily after a split!Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Realtreaty, when you start invoking ''pride, strength and driving your country forward'' as reasons for investing in an IPO, you begin sounding desperate.

I would laugh at anyone selling at 4bob even if britak issues a profit warning..the biggest mistake is that the retail speculators who sell in short term are majority in this share and the desperate selling has to go on.

Well Britank has only traded 1.3 Million shares in its 1st week of listing...so majority of IPO investors are still trapped in this titanic! Any movement upwards will be met by excessive selling...after some volatile price discovery I expect the share to settle in the 5-6 bob...at that price all the bad news would have been factored in.

What split? When? I do not recall a split (at most a 'small' bonus) for at least a few years...

Indeed I'll join the britank bandwagon @2 just so that I'll be practising my patriotic rights... The amount of Wanjiku's trapped here with no baba na mama around cannot sustain the price above 5 - 6. If I was controlling those large funds, I'd shake down all Wanjikus to complete capitulation at 2 - 3/- levels. Anyway at this point as a buyer, I am the one in control as the speculator is completely trapped. Money has no morals, and I can't feel sorry for Wanjikus capitulation...

Nobody is coerced to take the info on this forum as the heavenly truth. Those that take all info without doing their own findings are just being lazy. So would you sue a wazua user or wazua for offering you bad advice & under what investment contract?
