Am surprised it tottered on the brink that long when it was a badly kept industry secret that it was facing serious liquidity issues. Underwriting PSV in kenya is so fraught with fraud risk that it is to all intents and purposes, a poisoned chalice.

The tribal part I witnessed with my own eyes. I knew this thing was in trouble when in '08 they couldn't even refund me a 12K windshield!! The corridors always had furniture & auctioneers hawking around. Happily in CIC now smile
