my problem with this arrangement from a previous experience is that you will want to buy me out as soon as the business breaks even (about 3-5years and will have provided the capital for you)how can one safe guard oneself from this

@kiriita won't lease to you because i have an ongoing project.
@Njunge its not gwa kungu its still in Ndaragwa and has favourable climate
@Mtublack written legal agreement can work here.
