I think that was very much in order. In the army, police and disciplined forces, you do not try to be creative, you follow orders from above. You must show full compliance to the head of state and commander in chief of the time. If Raila had taken over the government, I doubt he would have entertained a guard of honor mounted in favour of Kalonzo Musioka.

Me Wonders , the guy is on his own even after Raila became a Principal.
And we have people here and out there worshipping leaders who do not care if they exist in the first place.

You are aware that this was a guard of honor of Pathfinders (an SDA youth/children outfit) and not of the military or police? And that he did it as a Pathfinder (and in a Pathfinder uniform) not a policeman?
