Still rising,the 182 day yield up to 11.935 from 9.285 the previous week,getting too expensive for this goverment to borrow.

UBS bank says $2 bn lost in unauthorised trade: UBS said a trader has lost about $2 billion in unauthorised dealing and warned it might post a loss in the third quarter, a huge blow as the Swiss bank struggles to rebuild its credibility after years of crises.
